Return Goods Policy
All returned merchandise must have a Sanitary Solutions, Inc. RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. RGA numbers are assigned only by Sanitary Solutions, Inc. sales team and product returned must correspond with product authorized. Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of RGA.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by Sanitary Solutions, Inc. receiving department and returned freight collect. A 20% restocking charge (20% of the next invoice price) will be charged for saleable merchandise in new condition returned in original packaging. If merchandise is not in new condition, a reconditioning charge will be deducted from the credit. Merchandise not of Sanitary Solutions, Inc. manufacture or custom fabrications are not eligible for return.
